“Curbing climate change and improving resilience in rural communities by creating new lifecycles for mixed waste plastics and biomass” is a proposal co-authored by Jiwnath Ghimire, assistant professor of community and regional planning, and Kimberly Zarecor, professor of architecture at the College of Design at Iowa State University.
